1. Toolvoro.ai does not sell the reviewed software

Toolvoro.ai publishes software reviews, comparisons, tutorials, best-of guides, and related informational content. Toolvoro.ai does not process purchases, trials, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds for third-party tools mentioned on this website.

2. Vendor purchases

If you purchase, subscribe to, or start a paid plan for a third-party tool after clicking a Toolvoro.ai affiliate link, your transaction is with that vendor or its payment processor. The vendor controls billing, cancellation, renewal, refund eligibility, trial conversion, taxes, plan changes, and account access.

3. Affiliate commissions

Toolvoro.ai may earn affiliate commissions from some vendor links. That affiliate relationship does not give Toolvoro.ai any control over the vendor's refund policy, cancellation workflow, billing support, or account management.

4. What to do if you need a refund from a vendor

• Contact the vendor directly through the vendor account dashboard or billing support email.
• Review the vendor's terms of service, refund policy, cancellation policy, and renewal terms.
• Save receipts, subscription confirmations, cancellation confirmations, and support ticket numbers.
• Cancel trials before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

5. Future direct services

If Toolvoro.ai later offers direct paid services, sponsorships, or digital products, the refund terms for those purchases will be stated at checkout or in a separate written agreement. Unless a separate written refund policy is provided, fees paid for direct Toolvoro.ai services are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
