Editorial Policy

1. Editorial independence

Editorial verdicts, rankings, scores, and recommendations at Toolvoro.ai are determined by the 15-feature review framework and the audience fit criteria — not by commission rates, vendor relationships, paid placement, or affiliate programme participation.

2. Affiliate disclosure

Toolvoro.ai participates in affiliate programmes and may earn commissions when readers click links and make purchases. Every page containing affiliate links carries a disclosure before the first affiliate link appears. Affiliate relationships are disclosed in the Affiliate Disclosure.

3. Vendor relationships

Vendors, tool developers, and software companies do not receive advance review approval, the ability to edit verdicts, or influence over ranking positions. Factual corrections are welcome and credited; editorial changes are not accepted.

4. Pricing verification

Pricing is only stated as confirmed when verified against official vendor pages. Unverified pricing is marked "Pricing Pending." All pricing sections include a mandatory warning that prices are subject to vendor change.

5. Prohibited content

• Fabricated testing claims or invented benchmark data
• Fake star ratings or ratingValue schema
• Sponsored rankings presented as independent editorial
• Reviews of Israeli-origin companies (internal publication screen)
• Content that recommends tools failing the internal halal screen

6. Corrections

Factual corrections are addressed promptly. To submit a correction, email contact@toolvoro.ai with the URL, the incorrect claim, and the verified source. Corrections do not change editorial verdicts unless the underlying facts change.

7. Content types

Toolvoro.ai publishes five content types: reviews, comparisons, best-of guides, tutorials, and strategy blogs. Each type follows a locked structure and governance rules defined in the dashboard. Content types are not mixed — a review is not a blog post, and a comparison is not a review.
