Content Guidelines
The editorial standards every published page on Toolvoro.ai must meet.
1. Audience lock
All content on Toolvoro.ai is written for small teams managing one to five websites. Enterprise procurement language, agency multi-client assumptions, and hobby-use-only edge cases are not the target audience and should not shape recommendations.
2. Prohibited content
- Fabricated testing claims or invented benchmark data
- Fake star ratings or ratingValue schema
- Invented user quotes or testimonials
- Pricing stated as fact without official verification
- Content from Israeli-origin companies (internal publication screen)
- Content recommending tools that fail the internal halal editorial screen
- Enterprise-focused language for a small-team audience
3. Affiliate link rules
- All affiliate links must carry
rel="sponsored nofollow" - Affiliate disclosure must appear before the first affiliate link on every page
- Internal links must outnumber affiliate links on every page
- CTA button counts are locked by content type: Blog=3, Review=5, Tutorial=3, Comparison=5, Best-Of=5
4. Pricing standards
Pricing is only stated as confirmed when verified against official vendor pages. Unverified pricing carries the label "Pricing Pending." Every pricing section includes the mandatory pricing disclaimer verbatim.
5. Review structure
All reviews must include all 15 features in the fixed order. Features must not be merged, renamed, reordered, or omitted. Each feature must include real analysis, not filler. See the How It Works page for the full feature list.
